Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar was appointed as the Executive Chairman of MK Land Holdings Berhad which is development property company which estimated on 2 August 1978 and also listed on PM Securities berhad in Kuala Lumpur on 8 Jun 1992.Currently, MK Land Holding Berhad called as Perfect Food Industries Sdn. Bhd which is food production company. He also owed food factory in Malacca. His food business is not very good day by day. So that, he want ending his food business then change began new business that is land property company which is MK Land Holdings Berhad on 27 August 1999. However,MK Land Holdings Berhad sell all its shares in Perfect Food Manufacturing (M) SdnBhd, Markins Corporations SdnBhd and Fairway Review SdnBhd for RM6,739,674 on June 2003. This is because Tan Sri Mustapha intends to focus on real estate development and investment.

Firstly, Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar is a visionary entrepreneur. His visionary clearly want his business become as the biggest capital property business in Malaysia. Under the leadership of Tan Sri Mustapha, MK Land Holdings Berhad involved in many projects especially is housing project. For example, the housing project is DamansaraPerdana and DamansaraDamai both in Petaling Jaya. The projectsshow have strategic location which in Golden Triangle Petaling Jaya.Now, the area emerging as a shopping, fashion, food and entertainment with shopping malls like One Utama, IKEA, Tesco, The Curve and Cathay Cineleisure. Therefore, he successfully finish his large housing project that attract many people to interest it. So that, Many people are buying his house in city. Bhdwhich is engaged in hotel operation. Both company are subsidiary of MK Land Holdings Berhad with 100 percent interes.Apart from that, Markins International (HK) Ltd, an associate of MK Land Holdings Berhad with 14 percent interest. The company is engaged in the distribution of food.In the same time, Budget Unggul Sdn. Bhd,  subsidiary of MK Land Holdings Berhad with 100 percent interest. The company is engaged in property management. From these case, he really owed many variety of subsidiary for his business. These subsidiary can help him earned extra profit to expand his business for achieve his vision that is become as the biggest capital property business in Malaysia. These situation show that he really is a proactive behavior of entrepreneur.  

Thirdly, Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu Bakar also is observant entrepreneur. He really take opportunity to start operate land property business. This is because many entrepreneur didn’t bravely involve in land property business because need a lot of money to start this business. So that, he sell all share from previously food industry company to invest his new land property business that called MK Land Holdings Berhad. Now, MK Land Holdings Berhad involved in many projects especially is housing project. For example, the largest housing project is Damansara Perdana and Damansara Damai, both in Petaling Jaya. Explanation :  Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong is an entrepreneur and founder of the Genting Group President and he also owner of the Genting Hotel. In 1964, he get chance to develop Genting under the administration of Tunku Abdul Rahman and he take this open risk taker to develop the Genting. He always take chance and ready to face failure and make it to be springboard to get success. Through examination results of Public Works Department  (PWD) the construction of the Genting rood will take 15 years but, Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong take a risk that he say the rood construction period will shortened 6 years. He cake get a known from public when her join one competition and her cake get a first winner, after he win at that competition her cake was popular and range up to foster trust and consumer confident in the her brand cake. He also handed the confidence to anyone who meets the criteria for joining the franchise Secret Recipe and now her cafe there are about 200 outlets across the country.
