He always take any chance that will support their business. That why, Robert has own business in sugar plantation, rice and flour in Malaysia. He also invest in Asian country. He also the strict person in his business. Him father also establish the company that also know as Malaysia Sugar Manufacturing Company. This company also known as the factory that establish the sugar in this country. He also provide the land of sugarcane in 1964. He also take over the TVE Holding that also involve in property ,entertainment, groceries and publisher at 1996. So ,he also build the five star hotel at Shangri-la.

Definition  : Risk is potential of losing something of value and also bring a lot of disadvantage for us. The higher the profit, the higher the risk. As entrepreneur, they must be take into consideration the factor of risk in future such as economic, globalization, technology, political and others to avoid obtain loss in business. Finally, entrepreneur must take risk to growth successful on business. Never take risk, never success in business. This is because most successful of entrepreneur come from who willing take risk. 

Explanation :  Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong is an entrepreneur and founder of the Genting Group President and he also owner of the Genting Hotel. In 1964, he get chance to develop Genting under the administration of Tunku Abdul Rahman and he take this open risk taker to develop the Genting. He always take chance and ready to face failure and make it to be springboard to get success. Through examination results of Public Works Department  (PWD) the construction of the Genting rood will take 15 years but, Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong take a risk that he say the rood construction period will shortened 6 years. Finally the government decided if he make a success completed with a 3 years, he will get subsidy from government. Tan Sri Lim Goh Tan  finally success finising the project on time. During the project, he almost bankrupy also his health also affected but he not give up, finally in 1971, Genting Highland officially open. This show he one of entrepreneur that brave to take open risk taker.

Visionary is a person or team that think or plan about future with imagination or wisdom. After graduations, Jack Ma was apply so many jobs in businesses but had been rejected. He admitted that internet is used as a tool for improvement in business. It is because, when Jack Ma used internet he found that internet is something can change the world and also China. He can see the opportunities in small business by buying and selling items through online when he started  Alibaba business. So, Jack Ma started the Alibaba business from his apartment at eastern city of Hangzhou. Jack Ma accept those suggestions in many special way. If one suggestion had been approve more than 90% from many peoples, then Jack Ma will definitely reject it. This is because Jack Ma is a person who believe that good suggestions are made from other peoples. Because of Alibaba business are going smoothly, Jack Ma resigned from being as Chief Excutive Officer. The reason he quit from his position because he realized still have people who can manage the company with successfuly more than him. Steven Lim, Firstly he want to be interior designer  but he never thought he can involved  in the food business. Secret Recipe existence began when he noticed a shortage exists in a food business in our country with that he think he can do that business because not many people try to food business and promote to other country. From that he try to open the first premise café Secret Recipe established in SS2 Petaling Jaya . At first , he did not have enough capital to advertise on first outlet , then his try to conduct marketing by offering free coffee . when he do that her café get a celebrate from other people. He cake get a known from public when her join one competition and her cake get a first winner, after he win at that competition her cake was popular and range up to foster trust and consumer confident in the her brand cake. Secret Recipe encouraging developments have given Steven idea to franchise the brand. He also handed the confidence to anyone who meets the criteria for joining the franchise Secret Recipe and now her cafe there are about 200 outlets across the country. His intention to open an outlet in Orchard Road lost because of brand Malaysia underestimated from another country them think branded Malaysian is a low profit. But he did not give up and tried in other areas, and now her premises now reaching out to China, Australia, the Philippines, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia and several more countries to lift the Malaysian brands. He always conducting and update the product for customer and batik market to make sure he batik always in good quality. But, Larry Page and Sergey Brin mostly focus on operation activities. This is because operation activities can help them earn more money to increase income company.
